Jill Kreider has been with Azura Living since the spring of 2010 when she joined the Team as an Accountant. She was then promoted to Corporate Controller, Vice President of Operations and now serves as President of Azura Living.
Prior to Azura, Jill worked for several years as an Accountant within the ski industry. She received an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado at Denver and a B.S. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

She has never failed to make sure that our residents, houses, and all of our staff have everything they need to complete their days. She interacts with residents daily, especially helping new move-ins get acclimated to their new home and helping them to feel comfortable during this new change in their lives. She is constantly thinking forward and out of the box. She works to be innovative, thinking of new ways to make resident experiences better, and ways to make her team members, as well as her peers, thrive in their positions.
While Jill wears several hats, she also has a stellar track record with retaining team members. Jill is a mentor, works to ensure her direct reports grow and she shows a great deal of respect to them. She is positive, a great leader, and will step into any situation with a smile and a positive attitude knowing that all can be fixed, conquered and improved! Not only does she show this in her daily dedication to Azura, but she has the ability to shine that positive attitude down to any team she works with.
