Heidi Sparks has over 17 years of accounting experience and a great passion for the medical field. She has a bachelors degree in accounting and a masters degree in business.
Heidi wanted to join Azura because it gives her the best of both worlds, with her love of numbers and her passion for individuals who live with dementia.
“I have never felt so lucky to work with such an amazing group of people,” said Heidi. “Everyone I work with makes a difference in these individuals lives and I couldn’t feel more fortunate.”
Core Value Story: RECOVER
Heidi has been recognized by her fellow employees as always taking an extra step to ensure everyone and everything is taken care of. She has stepped outside her main role as the head accountant to go to the homes and assist in anyway possible. Most recently, she went up to Wausau, leaving her house at 5:00 AM to go support the team. She assisted in anyway she could, from cleaning to dishes to meal prep, she was instrumental in helping the team. She has always put others before herself and has worked past the normal hours to ensure everything gets done and is done well. She has assisted in making dreams come true, helping make a MOSAIC dream happen in Sheboygan. She made sure everything was in order for our resident and her dream bike ride. Her passion for Azura is never-failing and we are lucky to have her.

"We want to thank you for the loving special care you took of our mother, Diane. It was truly mom's home and you all became part of our family. Everything was home for her....from the beautiful rooms, large sunny windows all around, good food made with love, fun and personal activities from people who really loved our mom. We would highly recommend your facility to anyone. The staff from the director, to the doctor, to the nurse, to the caregivers and the maintenance man were all extremely helpful, caring, loving and professional. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate all of you. Your exceptional care, kindness, and love were beyond anything we could have imagined. You were part of our family, and we will miss you." - Gail Sommers and Deborah Guse
