Through our Azura MOSAIC Dreams Program, we are happy to be able to help our residents relive some of their best days and cherished activities. Whether it is enjoying a favorite dessert, swimming laps at the pool, or going up in a helicopter to see the sights down below, we love to be able to help our residents realize their dreams and passions once again.
For our dreamer, Phyllis, it was to get back out on the golfing green and get her nails done. A longtime avid golfer, Phyllis holds the sport of golf close to her heart and reflects often on the times spent with her family out on the course. Our Dreams Squad was able to work with The Bull at Pinehurst Farms to help get a putter back in her hands and hit a few golf balls. Provided with everything she needed free of charge, her and her Azura entourage were off to the putting green. With a few birdies and even a hole-in-one, it was apparent she was realizing her MOSAIC dream!
Before heading to the course, Phyllis received a special nail spa experience at Entourage Salon and Spa. Seeing her sitting in the chair, conversing with the nail specialist and selecting a color that suited her best was truly a special moment of RECOVERY and relaxation.
Thank you Entourage Salon and Spa, The Bull at Pinehurst Farms and our Azura of Sheboygan team for helping make Phyllis’s dream day come true!

"We want to thank you for the loving special care you took of our mother, Diane. It was truly mom's home and you all became part of our family. Everything was home for her....from the beautiful rooms, large sunny windows all around, good food made with love, fun and personal activities from people who really loved our mom. We would highly recommend your facility to anyone. The staff from the director, to the doctor, to the nurse, to the caregivers and the maintenance man were all extremely helpful, caring, loving and professional. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate all of you. Your exceptional care, kindness, and love were beyond anything we could have imagined. You were part of our family, and we will miss you." - Gail Sommers and Deborah Guse
