We are excited to announce that we will be officially opening the doors of our Azura Memory Care of Oconomowoc home next week!
After a flurry of amazing community Hard Hat Tours and Open Houses over the past few weeks, we have been able to show our new community members our exceptionally designed building that will support our residents. In addition, introduce over 300 people to our amazing Team and explain MOSAIC our exclusive training and engagement program as well.
Every aspect of our Oconomowoc home has been designed to support all aspects of our residents lives and create an environment that supports them throughout their day and their disease. From the paint on the walls to lack of pattern on the floors, every item has been purposely designed for those within our family of care.
Each resident at Azura Memory Care has their own furnished Studio Suite to rest their head, which features a private age-in-place bathroom with roll-in shower, built-in cabinetry, RCare response system, cable and phone hook-ups, and the encouraged option to personalize it with pictures and mementos of home. In addition, each household also offers a Couples or Enhanced Suite for those looking for more space.
Our goal at Azura Memory Care is for our residents to be as engaged in their environment as possible. As a result our Fowler and Lac Labelle Households are joined by a community center and a care campus features MOSAIC Purposeful Destinations, multi-sensory rooms, sound masking system, community cafe, library, secured courtyard with walking path, and screened-in porches. In addition, a wellness center with a spa and salon.
With more than a quarter of our rooms already spoken for, we are confident we will be able to help many more families currently in need in the Oconomowoc and surrounding communities. If you know someone in the area in need of Azura’s exceptional care or would like to schedule a tour, please contact Laura Volz, Director of Community Relations at 414-405-2205 today!
"We want to thank you for the loving special care you took of our mother, Diane. It was truly mom's home and you all became part of our family. Everything was home for her....from the beautiful rooms, large sunny windows all around, good food made with love, fun and personal activities from people who really loved our mom. We would highly recommend your facility to anyone. The staff from the director, to the doctor, to the nurse, to the caregivers and the maintenance man were all extremely helpful, caring, loving and professional. There are not enough words to say how much we appreciate all of you. Your exceptional care, kindness, and love were beyond anything we could have imagined. You were part of our family, and we will miss you." - Gail Sommers and Deborah Guse
