Azura Memory Care will be hosting its 10^th annual educational conferences titled “Dementia Symposium: Constructing Exceptional Care” on Tuesday, April 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Florian Gardens, located at 2340 Lorch Avenue in Eau Claire and on Wednesday, May 1 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Muskego Lakes Country Club, located at S100W14020 Loomis Road in Muskego. 

The cost to attend is $60 with an additional $15 added if a certificate of 6.5 hours of continuing education clock hours is requested.  All proceeds from the symposium will go to the Alzheimer’s Association and Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center.  Registration is available at the link here and due by Tuesday, April 16 for Eau Claire and on Thursday, April 18 for Muskego Lakes.

This educational symposium is designed to provide knowledge and insight to physicians, counselors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, case managers, nursing home and assisted living administrators, other professionals and family caregivers. A light breakfast, lunch and snack will be provided, as well as information on local community resources in the world of aging and memory loss.
